Gold Needle Radiofrequency is a Multi RF system which is used in the field of aesthetics and consists of the device combination of the monopolar head and head of the micro needle radiofrequency (RF). While getting started application, to the area where the application is to be performed, the local anaesthetic cream is rubbed off and the area is narcotised. Afterwards, this cream is wiped, and the skin is cleaned with antiseptic solutions. If necessary, local anaesthesia may be applied. When the gold needle head of the radiofrequency device which is personal and disposable, is contacted to the skin, micro needles automatically enter the skin with the adjusted deep. It creates fractional micro holes on the skin with multiple gold-tipped needles and with the radiofrequency transmitted from the needle tip and not contacting with the skin, production of collagen and elastin in the lower layer of the skin is triggered. According to the application reason, if necessary, medicine and cream application can be applied. At the end of the application, cold compress is done. Soothing creams and sunscreen are rubbed. Skin peeling procedures such as rubbing-peeling should not be done during the first 1 week after the application. Creams containing glycolic acid should not be applied.
